Return Policy for Auto-Ship Deliveries

Address the return package to: 730 King George Blvd, Savannah, GA 31419. We will not accept or issue a refund for any open packages or packages marked return to sender that does not include a valid order number. If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned unopened product with a valid order number, a partial refund will be issued to your credit card. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days or less to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Policy for Standard Deliveries

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.TechSupplements.com. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return it within 14 days of the date that the product was delivered to you.

The item must be in its original packaging, fully sealed and unused. You will also need to present your order number.

Before you return the product, it is recommended that you contact our toll free call center at 1- 877-286-9649 (toll-free US and Canada). Our customer representative will assist you for the most convenient return procedure.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, with a deduction of the following fees

– Restocking fee: $10

– Product shipping and handling cost: $7
